perf(site): optimize images, self-host fonts, fix CLS

Image delivery: add AVIF + WebP variants for all 9 hero/zed
screenshots, served via <picture>. Modern browsers fetch ~450 KB
AVIF instead of ~3 MB PNG (about 86% smaller).

Fonts: bundle IBM Plex Sans + JetBrains Mono Latin subsets as
two preloaded woff2 files. Drops the Google Fonts CSS request
that was blocking render for ~1.7s on slow 4G.

Accessibility: wrap content in <main> on index.html, clear
redundant alt text on logo images, add explicit width/height to
every image source to eliminate CLS.

Hero gallery: lock .gallery-slides to aspect-ratio 1200/727 with
object-fit:fill so the 7 source screenshots (slightly varying
heights) render cleanly without clipping or gaps.

Cache headers: 1-year immutable cache for /assets/* and fonts;
1-day must-revalidate for /style.css.
