fix: add missing fields to storage account lockKey

The lockKey is used to cache and reuse storage accounts across
CreateVolume requests. Several accountOptions fields that affect
account properties were missing from the lockKey, causing volumes
with different requirements to incorrectly share the same account:

- requiresSmbOAuth: MI mount needs SmbOAuth-enabled accounts
- isMultichannelEnabled: SMB multi-channel accounts differ
- enableHTTPSTrafficOnly: affects account security config
- publicNetworkAccess: affects network accessibility
- vnetResourceGroup/vnetName/subnetName: affects private endpoint config
