refactor: use BB_OK/BB_ERR_FAIL at bb_* call sites (TA-236) (#219)

Replace return-value constants at bb_* function call sites for portability
discipline. Functions returning bb_err_t now compared against BB_OK instead
of ESP_OK, improving code clarity and maintainability.

Files changed:
- components/asic/src/asic_task.c: emc2101_read_temp(), emc2101_read_internal_temp()
- components/taipan_web/src/routes.c: taipan_config_set_pool(), bb_nv_config_set_display_enabled(), bb_nv_config_set_ota_skip_check()
- src/main.c: bb_wifi_init_sta()

All 4 boards compile successfully. 276 host tests pass. cppcheck clean.
