refactor: adopt bb_system wrappers (restart, BB_ERROR_CHECK, app info) (#217)

Replace three classes of ESP-IDF leak with breadboard v0.16.0 wrappers:
- esp_restart() → bb_system_restart() (3 sites)
- esp_app_get_description() → bb_system_get_*() callers (2 sites)
- ESP_ERROR_CHECK → BB_ERROR_CHECK (40 sites)
- Bump breadboard dependency to v0.16.0

Fixes TA-249 (cleanup) and B1-47 (BB_ERROR_CHECK shipped in breadboard).
