refactor: use bb_system_get_version() in main.c (#215)

Replace direct esp_app_get_description()->version reads with bb_system_get_version()
to eliminate the esp_app_desc.h leak in app code. The portable getter is available
since breadboard v0.15.0 and simplifies version handling across provisioning and
mining modes.
