chore: fix build warning and IDE TypeScript errors

- Add "type": "module" to package.json so Node.js correctly identifies
  tsdown.config.ts as ESM without reparsing (eliminates MODULE_TYPELESS_PACKAGE_JSON warning)
- Extend tsconfig.json include to cover test/, jest.config.ts and
  tsdown.config.ts so the IDE has a TypeScript context for all project files
