feat(knot,stats): self-injection, hostname dedupe, expected_ghs in /api/stats (#212)

Bumps breadboard to v0.14.2 (https://github.com/dangernoodle-io/breadboard/releases/tag/v0.14.2)
to consume the deferred-TXT and SSE-keepalive fixes. Bundles the TM firmware
changes that depend on those fixes.

- knot: knot_set_self() injects this miner into its own /api/knot output —
  mdns_browse skips the local node, so without explicit injection the
  current device never appears in its own fleet view.
- knot: hostname-dedupe in upsert path. After a firmware update the mDNS
  instance name changes (TaipanMiner-XXXX → <hostname>-XXXX); the table
  would carry both the old and new entries until the stale TTL expired.
  Dedupe by hostname so the new advertisement evicts the old slot.
- taipan_web/routes: expose `expected_ghs` in /api/stats (TA-211).
  Computed from configured ASIC freq × small-cores × chip count for
  bitaxe; fixed-board constant for tdongle. Lets the UI drop per-board
  fallbacks.
- taipan_web/routes: expose `hostname` in /api/info so the webui can
  identify the current device in /api/knot output.
- main: wire knot_set_self() into the bb_mdns init sequence, after
  hostname is published.
- test: knot table dedupe + self-injection coverage.
- scripts/fetch_breadboard.py: VERSION → v0.14.2.
