feat(scaffold): host-test wiring helper for downstream consumers (B1-70) (#88)

breadboard ships scripts/native_scaffold.py — a pio extra_script that wires
bb_* component includes, host/espidf source files, and the cJSON lib_dep into
the consumer's [env:native] based on a single custom_bb_components declaration.

- consumer opts in via:
    extra_scripts = pre:.breadboard/scripts/native_scaffold.py
    custom_bb_components = bb_log bb_nv bb_json
- script anchors at its own location so absolute paths into the breadboard
  tree work whether the consumer fetched a tagged release or symlinked a
  working copy
- unknown component names hard-fail with a clear error
- bb_json requires lib_deps in the consumer's platformio.ini
  (lib_deps = https://github.com/DaveGamble/cJSON.git#v1.7.18)
- breadboard's own [env:native] now uses the scaffold (eats own dog food)
  — the previous explicit wiring is gone
- README adds a short downstream-usage section

unblocks taipanminer pr #209 (ta-244): downstream just declares the
components it needs, no more brittle framework-espidf cJSON path.
