project: drop trailing commas and reformat

Strip magic trailing commas from set/dict/parametrize literals and
import groups across livecheck/ and tests/, then re-run yapf so
horizontally-fitting collections collapse onto fewer lines. No
behavioural change.

Aligns the codebase with the project's COM812-disabled style ("by
default, do not add trailing commas") and removes the awkward
visual-indent reflow yapf produced when trailing commas locked
collections into vertical layout.
