binarycookies: add Kaitai Struct definition

Provide a Kaitai Struct schema describing Apple's binary cookies
format, mirroring the layout already parsed by `bincookie.h`. The
file lets users generate parsers for the format in any language
supported by the Kaitai Struct compiler.
