feat(playground): wire ngx-phone-form-field demo

Adds the /ngx-phone-form-field route with three showcase cards (basic phone,
restricted countries, mobile-only validator) and a home-page lib card that
links to it. Bumps the playground bundle budget to 1MB warning / 2MB error
to accommodate libphonenumber-js/max + country-flag-icons.
