chore: bump breadboard to v0.12.0 (#179)

bundles six bb-side fixes + one feature since v0.11.7:

- bb_ota_pull log ordering: "completed" before resume hook (#76)
- bb_mdns: bye-on-shutdown, disconnect teardown, mac-suffixed instance
  name, bb_mdns_set_txt api (#77)
- bb_ota_pull hardening: pause-fail abort, wifi preflight, 3x retry
  with backoff, ota worker pinned to core 1 (#78, TA-197)
- bb_mdns: cap base name length so instance-name snprintf can't
  truncate under gcc -Werror=format-truncation (#79)
- bb_http: /api/ping liveness endpoint returning "ok <uptime_s>"
  (#80, B1-64)
- bb_json: item-level + array accessors on parse path (#64, B1-61)

unblocks TA-197 (ota connect failures), TA-218 (mdns stale instances),
TA-214 (/api/ping for client-side reboot recovery), and supersedes
TA-185 (waiting on breadboard retry fix).
