Apply second round of PR review feedback

Greptile #4: perf/profile.civet was discarding smoke-test results (the
same issue the previous commit fixed in compare.civet).  A broken
grammar would let the profiler capture thousands of microsecond-fast
parse failures instead of real work.  Now throws immediately, naming
the sample and which side returned falsy.

Erik (compare.civet:2): dropped the hard-coded version number and
per-version commentary from the header ("0.8.20, combinator" vs
"hybrid-compiler, inline IIFE").  That text would rot quickly as
versions move; the dynamic baseline is `@danielx/hera-previous`
whatever package.json pins it to.
