Merge remote-tracking branch 'upstream/main' into mc_cntr2_nok
- refactored cntr-2, setup interfaces back to "port1" on each dut.
- startupContainer now registers teardown via t.Cleanup
- idiomatic-go improvements `dialAddr :=`, `t.Skipf()->t.Skip)`, etc.
- better handling in containerInterfaceName
- fixed previous bug in my code for waitForCntrReady for using derived timeout
- Better EOF detection for gRPC handling
