Parallelise searching pages (#38)

* Search page child workflow for parallelization

* Serial collection of page_after_value(s)

* Run one search workflow per page; await for all

* Add parent_close_policy for child workflows

* Make exported dir name consistent: uses workflow start_time

* Return workflow early when no entry is found

* Improve descriptions

* Bounded concurrency
