wltnet: enrich SPL balance rows from the curated registry

Closes the TODO that sat at wltnet/solana.go:91 since forever —
"short name, could be enriched with token metadata". A user's
USDC balance on Solana now surfaces as Symbol="USDC",
Name="USD Coin" instead of Symbol="EPjFWd", Name="EPjFWdd5...".
Unlisted mints fall back to the old truncated display.

The lookup is a pure-local map hit on the embedded curated
registry — no RPC, no extra latency on the hot asset-list path.
