Clean up test assertions (#132)

A lot of the tests were written before we had operator== and operator<=> implemented, so they couldn't use EXPECT_EQ yet and stuff.

Now that we also have to_string, it is hugely better to use EXPECT_NE because EXPECT_EQ not only works, but also prints out the integer value on failure, greatly improving test ergonomics.
