feat(http): accept comma-separated email lists

Grant access to every address in the /set_client_folder_access and /share_folder email field instead of only the first. A shared normalize_emails() helper splits strings on commas, unwraps lists, strips whitespace, and deduplicates; grant_access() now accepts str | list | None.
