Hybrid compiler rewrite plus the side-effects of shipping a proper
machine.d.ts instead of the 708-line machine.ts.  Fixes #68 (consumer
TS stack-overflow) and ships a parse-throughput improvement.  See
CHANGELOG.md for the full list.

Also bumps `@danielx/hera-previous` to 0.9.0 so the perf/compare
benchmark measures this release's contribution against the most-
recently-published baseline rather than across two version gaps.
