* Bump dependencies: gofiber/zerolog to v1.0.3, parsley to v1.4.0
* Removes redundant nil check for AuthServer.Users in appsettings validation
* Refactors escapeLineBreaks to use strings.ReplaceAll
* Adds Makefile for build, test, lint, and tool installation tasks
* Refactors auth response handling and logging in pubkey hook handler; introduces `AuthResponse` model; consolidates logging into `authHookEvents`
* Adds `VerifySecret` method to `UserProfileService` and its mock implementation
* Adds password hook handler for authentication requests; adds corresponding request model
* Registers `PasswordHookHandler` in route handlers module
* Completes `VerifySecret` implementation in `UserProfileService`; adds tests for secret verification and updates app settings structure
* Adds password webhook configuration
* Adds secret configuration to auth server settings
