docs(plan): add v2 alternative for space repositories

Keeps raw nanopubs of a few predefined types in the spaces repo
indefinitely, materializes a single validated-links graph atomically on
trust-state flips and raw-nanopub changes. Simpler than v1: no per-space
graphs, no fast/slow split.
