Updated Magres parser for NMR schema

The magres parser has been brought up to date with the latest nomad-lab version (v1.4.2) requiring no patching to accommodate CCP-NC introduced quantity units in pint library.

The scope of this development branch is complete and therefore, we are proceeding to merge it to develop branch.

The code in magres parser needs to be brought up to speed to work with the latest version of nomad-simulations, currently pinned at an order commit for stability. @Sathya-S3 to address it in a new development branch.
