feat: add `memory` subcommand for CLAUDE.md and auto-memory files

Introduces `claugrep memory dump` and `claugrep memory search`, which
operate on every markdown memory file that applies to a project:
managed policy, user-global CLAUDE.md/CLAUDE.local.md, ancestor
CLAUDE.md files walking up from the project path, on-demand subdir
CLAUDE.md files, the auto-memory MEMORY.md index, and its topic files.
`@path` imports are followed with a 5-hop cap and cycle detection.

Reuses the existing search pipeline by exposing `find_matches` and
`highlight_matches` so memory search formatting stays consistent with
transcript search.
