test: verify leaf-value changes in nested structs split batches

Expand realisticMachineProps to pre-populate all nested structs
(GpuProfile, LinuxOSConfig with Sysctls, ArtifactStreaming, LocalDNS)
so tests verify that minimal single-leaf-value changes are enough to
produce different batch keys. Previously, many tests went from nil to
populated (easy to detect); now they test value→different-value within
already-populated structs.

New leaf-change tests: sysctl param tweak (4 levels deep), GPU driver
enum flip, KubeletConfig policy change, ArtifactStreaming bool flip,
LocalDNS mode change. Also adds struct-removal counterparts.
