test: add batch grouping combination matrix (VM size × NodeClass)

Tests all 4 combinations of same/different for two grouping dimensions:
- Same NodeClass + same VM size → 1 batch (the only case that groups)
- Same NodeClass + different VM size → 2 batches
- Different NodeClass + same VM size → 2 batches
- Different NodeClass + different VM size → 2 batches

This validates that the batch key hash correctly groups only when the
full MachineProperties template matches, and splits otherwise.
