Initial rewrite in rust

Rewrite of the entire project in rust to reduce binary size and memory usage.
Since the binary is intended to run on routers like OpenWRT, it is important
to keep a small footprint.
While the golang binary together with upx is accetable small, the memory usage
with 10-20MB has room for improvement.
Unfortunately that is not possible with golang, but with rust memory usage
below 5MB is possible.
