fix(playground): clear composer draft synchronously on submit (#2077)

* test(playground): cover composer draft clearing on submit

Lock in the render-vs-commit race that leaves a stale draft behind when the centered empty-state composer swaps for the bottom composer on the first message: both are keyed by the same threadId, and a debounced clear lets the new mount re-hydrate before the unmount flush runs.

* fix(playground): clear composer draft synchronously on submit

setText('') scheduled a debounced localStorage write, so the bottom composer's useState lazy initializer (which runs during render, before the unmounting centered composer's flush effect) re-read the just-sent draft and repopulated the textarea. Flush synchronously when the draft is reset to empty; typing still goes through the debounced path.
