fix(deviceconnect): properly flush session recording

If client closes the connection, the context is cancelled and the
buffered data is not recorded.
This commit refactors and simplifies the Recorder interface and
bufio/gzip pipelineing. It also ensures the record size of compressed
data is capped to the respective limits (instead of the uncompressed
data) for more efficient storage.
