resolve #2 - implement Client Credentials Grant

this is the most trivial of all grant type so is simply a case of
extending the ImplicitGrant type and overriding the _verify_client
routine to check the client_secret as part of the verification

extend the manual to talk a bit about which grant type to use

add tests to reflect above changes, bump VERSION and Changes for
CPAN release

with this the distribution is "done" - i won't be adding the other
Extension Grants as the RFC is very hand wavy about that[1]
