test: remove Monitoring Console from AWS appframework tests (Phase 1)

Remove unnecessary Monitoring Console (MC) deployments from AWS
appframework test suites to reduce test execution time and resource
overhead. MC is not the test subject in these suites - the tests
focus on app framework functionality with Standalone, ClusterManager,
and SearchHeadCluster deployments.

Changes:
- Remove MC from all S1 (standalone) tests: 10 test cases
- Remove MC from all M4 (multisite) tests: 10 test cases
- Remove MC from all M4 manager tests: 17 test cases, 1 test removed
- Remove MC from all C3 (cluster) tests: 21 test cases
- Remove MC from all C3 manager tests: 22 test cases

Technical Details:
- Removed MC S3 uploads, app sources, and deployment calls
- Removed MonitoringConsoleRef from CR specs
- Removed MC verification calls (VerifyMonitoringConsoleReady)
- Removed MC from AppSourceInfo arrays
- Fixed variable declarations and removed unused imports
- All files compile and pass ginkgo build

Impact:
- 1,444 lines removed (136 additions, 1,422 deletions)
- 80 test cases refactored
- Estimated 320-720 minutes saved per full test run
- Reduced resource overhead (fewer pods, S3 uploads, etc.)

This is Phase 1 focusing on AWS tests. Phase 2 will handle Azure
and GCP test suites using the same pattern.
