docs(readme): expand intro and document gatekeeper/keymaster flavors (#457)

- Replace one-line intro with a fuller description covering the did:cid
  method, creation-vs-update split, microservice lineup, higher-level
  primitives (VCs, messaging, groups, vaults, assets, polls), and
  deployment modes.
- Correctly expand DID as 'Decentralized Identifier' per the W3C spec.
- Add 'Gatekeeper implementation flavor' section documenting
  ARCHON_GATEKEEPER_FLAVOR=ts|rust.
- Add 'Keymaster implementation flavor' section documenting
  ARCHON_KEYMASTER_FLAVOR=ts|py with links to the Python service and
  CLI packages.
