refactor!: narrow bb_info extender signature to use bb_json_t instead of cJSON (#48)

- Update bb_info_extender_fn typedef to accept bb_json_t instead of cJSON*
- Migrate bb_info.c implementation to bb_json API (bb_json_obj_new, bb_json_obj_set_*, bb_json_serialize, bb_json_free)
- Remove cJSON.h include from public bb_info.h header; add bb_json.h
- Update CMakeLists.txt to depend on bb_json component (drop json)
- Extender callsites (e.g., TaipanMiner) must now use bb_json_obj_set_* instead of cJSON_Add*ToObject

All 117 host tests pass; both smoke targets (elecrow-p4-hmi7, uno) build successfully.
