refactor: rename components to bb_ prefix and matching headers (#39)

directories, platform backends, and public headers renamed for
consistency with the existing bb_ symbol prefix:

  board         -> bb_hw
  display       -> bb_display
  http_server   -> bb_http
  log_stream    -> bb_log
  nv_config     -> bb_nv
  ota_pull      -> bb_ota_pull
  ota_push      -> bb_ota_push
  ota_validator -> bb_ota_validator

public symbol names and macros unchanged. include paths and requires
clauses updated across components, platform backends, examples, host
tests, and build configs.

bb_board, bb_info, bb_mdns, bb_prov, bb_wifi already prefixed.

readme/claude.md refresh deferred to a follow-up pr.
