Hide thv vmcp command from CLI help (#4967)

The vmcp subcommand is not ready for release. Mark the parent
command Hidden so it does not appear in help output or shell
completion, while remaining functional for internal testing.

Regenerated CLI docs drop the now-hidden pages.
