feat(plugins): add MarkdownPlugin class (integration pending)

- Add MarkdownPlugin class implementing ContentPlugin interface
- can_render() checks for text/markdown, markdown, markdown/* content types
- render() returns Textual Markdown widget with configurable open_links
- 33 unit tests covering all markdown elements and plugin behavior
- Add plugin-conversation-integration and syntax-highlighting-widget tasks

NOTE: Plugin class is complete but Conversation widget does not yet
use plugins for rendering. Integration is tracked in plugin-conversation-integration task.

🤖 Implemented together with a coding agent.
