Add e2e tests for thv vmcp CLI (#4941)

* Add E2E tests for thv vmcp CLI quick mode and config-file mode

Add test/e2e/vmcp_cli_test.go covering the two serve modes: quick
mode (--group) and config-file mode (init → validate → serve --config),
each with an MCP client connectivity assertion that backend tools are
exposed. Includes a binding test confirming the server listens only on
127.0.0.1, and negative tests for missing flags and a nonexistent
config path.
