ci: migrate nightly coverage to -Cinstrument-coverage and fix fmt

The nightly coverage step was using `-Zprofile -Zpanic_abort_tests`,
an unstable gcov-based instrumentation that was removed from nightly.
Switch to the stable-since-1.60 `-Cinstrument-coverage` flag with
`llvm-tools-preview` and `LLVM_PROFILE_FILE`, and update the cleanup
step to match (`*.profraw` instead of `*.gcda`).

`tests/disk_full_test.rs` was introduced while the Linux runner was
offline, so `cargo fmt --check` had no chance to flag it. Apply the
formatter's expected layout.
