Add comprehensive protocol tests and stress test suite (#55)

* Expand cocotb spec-compliance coverage and add stress runners

Append @cocotb.test coroutines to each protocol's test_register_access.py
covering reset quiescence, multi-cycle wait-state stability, back-to-back
transfers, slave-sourced error passthrough, PSTRB/WSTRB sweeps, and AXI4-Lite
AW/W ordering. Add per-protocol test_stress.py + test_runner_stress.py that
compile every sampled register (max_samples_per_master=0) and drive a
shuffled, jittered write/read-back stream with shadow memory.

* Sync uv.lock to peakrdl-busdecoder 0.7.0b3
