Add N-terminal methionine manufacturability rule (#188) (#233)

Adds an opt-in rule that flags peptides with an N-terminal Met, per the
manufacturer concern captured on issue #188 ("peptide 1 contains an
N-terminal methionine, which is prone to oxidation during synthesis,
purification and storage").

- New `n_terminal_methionine(amino_acids)` scoring function + field on
  `ManufacturabilityScores`.
- Registered as `"n_terminal_methionine"` in
`MANUFACTURABILITY_RULE_REGISTRY` so users can include it via
  `manufacturability.rules` in their YAML config.
- **Deliberately NOT added to `DEFAULT_MANUFACTURABILITY_RULES`** —
legacy scoring parity is preserved, and the parametrized parity test
still passes. Users who want the check opt in.
- Three new tests: the raw flag, the opt-in-vs-default invariant, and
a sort-order check confirming the rule drives the lexicographic tuple
  as expected.
