* add tests for various cases where we need to coerce ClickHouse `Map(String, String)` values in LQL

* coerce ClickHouse map column values for numeric/boolean LQL filters

* update tests to assert `"accurateCastOrNull"` for ClickHouse LQL
coercion

* fix over correction in `maybe_coerce_map_value`
