feat: split wifi_prov into bb_wifi, bb_mdns, and expanded bb_prov (#23)

- bb_wifi: STA mode, WiFi scanning, diagnostics (renamed from bb_wifi_prov_*)
- bb_mdns: mDNS initialization, registers got-IP callback with bb_wifi
- bb_prov: AP bringup, captive DNS, provisioning sync (moved from wifi_prov)
- delete wifi_prov component entirely
- update dependencies: bb_prov requires bb_wifi instead of wifi_prov
