feat: add stream_all/3 to Records and Entries

stream_all/3 materialises all pages into {:ok, [map()]} | {:error, term()},
fitting the standard error-tuple convention used across the library. It
wraps stream/3 and converts the {:attio_stream_error, err} throw into a
plain {:error, err} return. Tests cover the success and mid-stream
failure cases for both modules. Docs for stream/3 now cross-reference
stream_all/3.
