fix(deviceconnect): connection status race condition on disconnect

When a mender-connect agent disconnects, the status is not always
updated as the context is cancelled independently from a separate go
routine leading to a race condition. This commit changes the database
update to the main go routine and ensures the operation is not cancelled
by external events.
