fix(chart): suppress HTTPRoute echo when APP_HOSTNAME is unset

When httpRoute is enabled with rules[].matches[].path.value but neither
hostnames nor parentRefs, the echo previously rendered `http://` with an
empty APP_HOSTNAME. Gate the echo on one of hostnames/parentRefs being set.
