Transaction list: cursor pagination + honour From/Network filters

apiListTransaction was hardcoded to 50 rows with the where clause
nailed to nil — From and Network were documented in api.md but
silently ignored on this path (only Clear honoured them). Add:

- From / Network filters (parity with Clear)
- before: RFC3339Nano cursor on Created, translated to {"$lt": t}
- limit: capped at 200 (default 50)

Response stays a flat list — clients derive the next cursor from
the last item's created field. Dart list() gains the new params
with an infinite-scroll example in the docstring.
