fix: use Embeddeds.isEmbedded to detect all @Embedded variants in element collection

The embedded entity collection only checked for @Embedded, missing
@Embedded.Empty and @Embedded.Nullable. This caused those fields to
be generated as SimplePath instead of being flattened.
