[Bin] Remove Bin component; superseded by Sindri (#769)

# Description

Removes the `Bin` component entirely. The `bin/valkyrja` console binary
and its supporting `ComponentProvider` are superseded by the Sindri
build tool, which takes over as the CLI entry point for Valkyrja
projects.

> This is a breaking change. Consumers invoking `bin/valkyrja` directly
(or referencing the `valkyrja` binary installed via Composer) must
migrate to Sindri. The `Bin` component's `ComponentProvider` will no
longer be available for DI registration.
