cruft: update

- Update Yarn from 4.13.0 to 4.14.1.
- Update prettier to ^3.8.2 and add `ty` script in package.json.
- Bump dev dependencies: commitizen, ruff, types-requests, pytest,
  esbonio (to 2.0.0).
- Refresh GitHub workflows (appimage, codeql, publish, pyinstaller, qa,
  release, tests) and pre-commit hooks.
- Update .claude agents (click-auditor, release) and local settings
  dist.
- Update .gitignore, .prettierignore, .yarnrc.yml, and CITATION.cff
  release date.
- Add dictionary entries: esac, pythonhosted, ripgreprc, tostring.
