feat: board-medic subagent + skill for embedded-hardware diagnostics (#10)

Read-mostly hardware diagnostician for when a board fails to boot,
bootloops, panics, gets stuck in download mode, or misbehaves after
flash. Encodes an observe-first, hypothesis-before-action posture
and routes destructive recovery (erase, flash, writes) back to the
main agent — the subagent itself gets no destructive tools.

Platform-agnostic posture with a dedicated ESP32-family section;
new platform sections (Arduino/AVR, etc.) extend alongside new
tooling without forking the agent.

- `plugin/agents/board-medic.md` — subagent definition, model: sonnet
- `plugin/skills/board-medic/SKILL.md` — `/board-medic` skill spawning the agent
- plugin test covers frontmatter, allowlist-vs-registered-tools, and
  that no destructive tool slips onto the allowlist
- README + CLAUDE.md updated
