fix: drop stale ring-buffer lines from esp_* boot_output (#8)

`captureBootOutput` was returning the tail of the serial manager's ring
buffer — including lines that accumulated before the ESP operation when
`serial_start` was already running. Clear the buffer before the post-reset
dwell so only lines arriving during the capture window are reported.

- tests inject via the `bootCaptureWait` hook instead of pre-populating
- new regression test verifies pre-operation lines do not leak into `boot_output`
